All references to win rate, profit factor, average return, equity curve growth, monthly returns, or trade-by-trade outcomes in the Service reflect the historical performance of strategies on past data. The Daloop Anti-Curve-Fit Protocol (Out-of-Sample Profit Factor ≥ 1.5 and IS-to-OOS Win-Rate degradation ≤ 15 percentage points) reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk that a historically profitable strategy will underperform going forward.

All performance numbers shown in the Service — equity curves, drawdowns, win rates, profit factors, average returns, and trade-by-trade outcomes — are computed using the simulation methodology documented on the Performance page and in the "Performance Methodology and Backtest Disclosure" section of our Terms of Service.

The commission rate (0.5% per side), slippage assumption (0.1% per side), 3% base position size, 3× portfolio leverage, stock-level 50d SMA trend filter, and 25% trailing stop are simulation parameters, not guarantees of the costs or returns you will experience. Your actual broker commissions, fill prices, position sizes, leverage availability, and tax situation will differ from the simulation. Mark-to-market valuation is computed on daily close prices and may show drawdowns that are smaller than — or larger than — what your own account experiences, particularly if you trade intraday, use margin or leverage, or hold positions through volatile events.
